I had an appointment with Jenna. She was so kind and listened as I discussed about what I thought was shingles. Thankfully it was not! She was patient and thorough along with her colleague.This was my first time at this location and everyone was very kind and over all a pleaseant experience. I know If I can't get an appointment with my PCP I will definitely be coming here.
This review is about the derry medical call center how i was subject to being bullied i no longer work there but wanted to share my work experience....at the interview, the manager stated that i looked familiar, I responded back and said she looked familiar to me to.....from that day forward i should of not taken the job,little did I know that there was a target on my back.....poor training , no support from supervisor who is immature and lacks the proper skills.
thing's got progressively worst as time went on.....I complained to human resources and the manager about being bullied and the human resources manager stated that I have medical condition and to get help (something on those lines) I didn't know that human resources could diagnose ( only drs)..... the work environment is very hostile... there are coworkers who are bullies, no support, just criticism... thing's just kept getting worse ..... I was approached by the manager with a change in my hours....the shift was 7:45am to 4:15 pm..I was going to another side... My cubicle was so small that one would be colostafobic.I found this to be humiliating. Girls were clapping and saying degrotory statements ..... (no support from the manager who was with me when this happened......I felt it was the final push to push me out the door......(which they have been trying to do for quite some time). All part of the planned setup......I was so upset that I did not go in the next day.....I wrote an email to my manager, and she stated that I was terminated for a no-show.... stated this was my second no-show....automatic termination... my first no-show was my mentally challenged brother was rushed to the hospital....he had a grand mal seizure, and split his head opened....I did not get home until 3 am......because I did not call I was written up as a no show....I did explain to the manager what happened but I still got written up and if I didn't sign I would of been terminated .....very unsympathetic..... this is a very difficult place to work.....it is very clickey, and you have certain coworkers that are bullies and will make your life miserable (supervisor and manager are aware of this. there is a big turnover of help as well...... I would not recommend this place .....I found it odd that this shift 7:45 to 4:15 pm was new and new hires coming in were not offered this shift...... just me.....new job postings are posted, and I don't see this shift being offered....Saturdays are a requirement hrs need to be made up the week your schedule to do your Saturday yet coworker gets away with not working the hrs to be made up. been told more than once... still continues... when attempting to call a medical staff can be challenging. The phone doesn't get answered, and when it does, medical staff is rude. I had asked the coworker who trained me why she lives in Bedford nh and there is a call center there. From my understanding, she stated she would never work there ...I guess at some point she used to work there ... only had bad things to say about this place and would rather travel to derry then work there...... probably because she could not control her colleagues.....she definitely is the ringleader and a bully and has the support of the supervisor and manager..... like working in a daycare. ...... babies and bullys......my success at dmc call center was determined at my interview with past acquaintances of mine that manager knew .....my fate was sealed...... this is bias ..
My father and I recently moved from across the country and he needed a new doctor. Everyone was so friendly and nice. Holding doors and helping us get into the exam rooms and finding restrooms. All the medical assistants and doctors were very helpful. Even the people at Quest in DMV were helpful by moving things to accommodate my father's wheelchair. I was worried how finding a new doctor for my father would go with all his disabilities, but they were more helpful than the state we came from ever were.
Tried call center yesterday to make an appointment. No response after 15 minutes waiting. Left a call back number. No call back. Tried again in the afternoon. Same scenario. No call back. This is unacceptable. Went to walk in clinic today @ 11:30 am. They were not taking any more patients today.?? Got an appointment for tomorrow morning with a PA.
My visit was exceptionally good. I felt that the doctor truly listened to me. How is referred by my primary care DMC in Concord, New Hampshire if Derry wasn’t so inconvenient for me to travel to. I would switch doctors right away.
First off, great to back at #6. Met my new doctor yesterday. Welcome to DMC Dr. Michael Morolda. I was very comfortable with him. As with all of the doctors at DMC I didn’t feel rushed and he had good answers to my questions.
I always have a great experience coming to Dr Dailey's office. The brand new building is spectacular. Dr daily, as usual, it's a fantastic doctor, I'm so glad he's my primary care.
This has to be the worst place to go. My Dr is retiring and I called to go back to Dr Wheeler. 25 years ago I was seeing Dr Wheeler and had insurance and a workers comp for my back. The billing dept would bill both the insurance and the workers comp and I would have to deal with both to get the bill paid. I complained to them and said I was not paying till they fixed it. The other day they refused to take me for something they did 25 years ago. I am happy with them because I was able to go to real doctors at MGH in Salem NH. I do not recommend DMC. Terrible front desk staff.
